A major defense contractor awarded SIL a contract valued at approximately $5.96 million to provide 20Ah Li-Ion Polymer Intelli-Pack® avionics and telemetry batteries with advanced Battery Management Systems for Missile Defense Agency target missile platforms.
The award continues SIL’s role supplying high-energy-density, Range Safety–qualified Li-Ion Polymer batteries that reduce size and weight versus legacy chemistries while supporting MDA test and evaluation missions.
