Ethics & Integrity
At Space Information Laboratories, we pride ourselves on creating innovative, affordable, and high performance products. In creating these products and doing business with our customers, we are guided by our core values: Integrity and Accountability.
We deliver unique value to our customers because we do more than just comply with laws and regulations. We value honesty and transparency in our business dealings and expect the same of our business relations. To demonstrate this commitment, we have created an Ethics program to help us maintain a high level of Integrity and Accountability. In partnership with Lockheed Martin, SIL recently updated our Ethics training program and revised our Code of Conduct to provide our employees an anonymous mechanism for reporting behavior that does not live up to our commitment.
Our commitment to Integrity and Accountability guides how to treat our customers, suppliers, one another as employees and coworkers, and the communities in which we work and live. We believe this commitment makes our small business and our products uniquely highly valuable and reliable to transform the Aerospace Enterprise.
Sincerely,
